Pricing is in British Pounds (GBP) for all our orders.

Shipping
All shipping durations are estimates and not guaranteed delivery speeds.
UK ORDERS
Estimated delivery times on UK orders once dispatched are usually 4-7 working days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are based outside the UK, please email [email protected] if you would like to place an order.
Refunds
We hope you love your Winning Edge products, however, if you live in the UK and your order has been delivered to your UK address, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 DAYS of receiving your order, in accordance with UK law.
You then have a further 14 DAYS to return your order to Mancroft International, in perfect, unused condition, in all original packaging. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your goods to us so that you know your postal service has delivered it safely back to us.
If you request a refund for your UK order within the 14 DAYS but you do not then return the goods to us within the following 14 DAYS after, we would not be able to offer a refund to you for this.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any UK orders that are outside of the 14 DAYS period after the goods have been confirmed as delivered to you by our courier.
All appropriate refunds will be issued within 14 DAYS of receiving the return back to the original payment method, less any credit card or PayPal processing fees and shipping costs. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
To request a refund, please email [email protected] and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Proof of purchase will be required. Please do not send any goods back without contacting our team first who will give you further instructions.
Returns
If your package arrives damaged on arrival, please take clear and detailed photos of the damage before opening it.
If the goods inside are also damaged, please get in touch by email with your name, address, order number, details of the damage and attach your photo to your email.

All cases of damage will be handled on an individual basis.
We cannot assist with damaged items if the goods have been used. Proof of purchase will always be required.
Refunds for goods purchased and shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries.
