The Winning Edge - Day Four: Terms and Conditions

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to your booking and attendance at The Winning Edge – Day Four (“Event”), delivered by Mancroft International Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2 By booking a place on this Event, you agree to these Terms. A contract is formed once your booking is completed and payment is received.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use, available at www.winningedgemindset.com.

1.4 Where you are booking on behalf of your Specsavers business or team, you are responsible for ensuring that all attendees comply with these Terms.

2.1 The Winning Edge - Day Four is a one-day event delivered in person (unless otherwise stated).

2.2 We may make reasonable changes where necessary, including changes to content, venue, facilitator or timings. Where this happens, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

2.3 We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Event if minimum participant numbers (10) are not met, or due to circumstances outside our control. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

3.1 The price for the Event is as stated at checkout.

3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

3.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.1 Cancellations

• If you cancel more than 30 days before the Event, you will receive a full refund.

• If you cancel within 30 days of the Event, a 100% cancellation fee applies and no refund will be issued.

4.2 Transfers

• You may transfer your place to another Day Four event once only.

• If a transfer is requested more than 30 days before the Event, no transfer fee applies.

• If a transfer is requested within 30 days of the Event, the following will apply:

• £50 + VAT administration fee

• £80 + VAT day delegate fee

• All transfer requests must be made in writing.

4.3 Substitutions

• You may send a substitute participant from the same Specsavers business at no additional cost.

• Substitutions must be requested in writing at least 48 hours before the Event and include full contact details of the replacement participant to bookings@winningedgemindset.com.

4.4 Non-attendance

• If you do not attend the Event and have not provided notice, your place will be forfeited and no refund or transfer will be offered.

5.1 From time to time, places may be offered through a prize draw.

5.2 Prize draw places:

• are non-transferable between events

• may be substituted with another participant from the same Specsavers business (subject to the substitution terms above)

5.3 If a prize draw or complimentary place is cancelled within 30 days of the Event or the participant does not attend, we reserve the right to charge:

• £50 + VAT administration fee

• £80 + VAT day delegate fee

5.4 We will request card details to secure prize draw places. Charges will only be applied in line with the above terms.

6.1 You are responsible for the booking of and the additional costs of accommodation, evening meals and any other expenses incurred whilst attending the event.

6.2 You agree to engage professionally and respectfully with facilitators and other participants.

7.1 We will deliver the Event with reasonable care and skill.

7.2 We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual application.

8.1 All materials and content remain the property of Mancroft International Ltd.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, share or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

8.3 Recording (audio or visual) of the Event is not permitted without prior written consent.

9.1 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.

9.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Event.

9.3 We are not responsible for any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by you.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10.1 These Terms are governed by English and Welsh law.

10.2 We may update these Terms where necessary and will notify you of any changes.

10.3 If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining sections will still apply.
